The work of this single bid project includes the demolition of several existing gang restrooms and the construction of new single use restrooms in their place. Work includes, abatement, demolition, new walls, plumbing fixtures, electrical, mechanical and sprinkler.

Plans will be available after November 8, 2022 through Camelot Print & Copy Centers (518-435-9696 or www.camelotplanroom.com ).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for November 17, 2022 at 10:30 a.m., meeting at the Ranger School in Wanakena, NY.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
