Orchard Hall Shower Enclosures
Description:
Farmingdale State College (SUNY) is soliciting bids from vendors for the Shower
Enclosure in Orchard Hall. All Terms and Conditions shall be in accordance with the contract documents. Additional details are available in the Invitation for Bid #2023-09, attached.
In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor
Pataki in August 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offerer/bidder in relation to any specific procurement in excess of $15,000 should be made only with authorized personnel of Farmingdale State College who are designated as the contact person(s).
