Description: Stony Brook University is seeking qualified vendors to provide all labor, material, equipment, fuel and services necessary to provide the moving and storage services to the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794 services, as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 22/23-118MC and Exhibits. Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit: The Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit is scheduled for WEDNESDAY February 8, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. (SHARP) at the Procurement Department, Research and Development Park, Building 17, Stony Brook University. Bidders are required to attend in person. Vendors who are not on time for the MANDATORY SITE VISIT will be turned away once the door has closed. Only those Vendors who attend this site visit will be eligible to bid on the project Failure to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit will result in rejection of your proposal.
