SUNY Upstate Medical University (SUNY Upstate) intends to procure Professional Photography Framing Services pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law section §163(6) and NYS Education Law §355(5)(a). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law. Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS “Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms”.

Successful contractor shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a.

Requirements :
