Roswell Park Cancer Institute is seeking competitive bids for the following project;

The basis of the project is to perform modifications to the chilled water lines serving the Administrative Services Building (“ASB”) and the Gratwick Basic Sciences Building (“GBSB” or “BSB”). The chilled water system for the ASB building is currently on an independent system, decoupled from the centralized North Plant chilled water system. The purpose of this project is to place the ASB building onto the North Plant chilled water system. The C&V Annex piping will be tied into the new C&V chilled water supply and return. ASB will be converted from glycol to chilled water. The AHU unit serving the Pathology Department (located in the North Building) will be added to the ASB building chilled water system, and a new pump set for the building will be installed.
