OWNERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE FORMER PARKER SCHOOL BUILDING

The City of Cortland is seeking proposals from qualified persons or entities to purchase and develop the former Parker School building and associated property, located at 85-89 Madison Street, Cortland, New York. The City seeks development proposals that promote an increased quality of life, support community development, and create employment opportunities. M/WBE firms and Section 3 businesses are strongly encouraged to respond. Proposals must be submitted no later than Noon on March 29, 2023.
