Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”) seeks to engage one (1) or two (2) consultant organizations (each, the “Consultant”) to provide independent safety consultant services (“Consultant Services”) for MTA C&D’s capital program, including construction work site safety monitoring, reviews and meetings, the preparation of reports, presentations and ongoing recommendations to improve safety, and the delivery of safety trainings to MTA or contractor employees.
