Description:
"SUNY Upstate Medical University (SUNY Upstate) intends to procure Sungard disaster recovery services and support pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law section 163(6) and NYS Education Law section 355(5)(a).
This procurement is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 17-B of the New York State Executive law. Interested parties should contact the appropriately designated Hospital contact as shown below for more details about the opportunity.
This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law ยง139 j&k, Al
Successful contractor shall be required to complete and submit documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Forms."
