Notice to Bidders

The Development Authority of the North Country (Authority) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (IFB) for portable litter fences that are ideal for solid waste landfills that are constantly moving their cell and dumping locations. Units will be easy to relocate by attaching single or multiple units to landfill equipment. Outriggers insure that waste will not go over the top of the fence. Designed to force trash towards the bottom of the barrier. Will not tip over and release trash during high wind conditions.

Important Dates:

January 6, 2023 at 3:00 pm: Sealed Bids Due

Sealed Bids will be accepted at 23400 NYS Route 177 Rodman New York 13682-0003 until 3:00 pm 6 January, 2023 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Primary Point of Contact: Pursuant to the Procurement Lobbying Law, the Authority has designated one person who may be contacted by Bidders regarding this procurement and shall require disclosure from Bidders of persons or organizations designated, retained or employed to attempt to influence the procurement process using the “Certification Pursuant Procurement Lobbying Law” form (See Appendix B). One Contract will be awarded to the lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder submitting a Bid that complies with all requirements. The Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids received or to award partial Bids to more than one Bidder.
