The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for Access to Capital for Small and Medium Sized Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“M/WBE”), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (“SDVOB”) and Small Business Enterprises (“SBE”). Through the RFI, the Port Authority is continuing its dialogue with Industry Experts and Partners, the M/WBE/SDVOB/SBE community and other relevant stakeholders to explore options for small or medium sized MWBE businesses to gain access to capital that will enable them to better compete on larger or a greater number of Port Authority projects and to garner responses on specific areas related to Access to Capital.

For written submittals, each Respondent should email a PDF copy of its response to Peter Penaflor, Contract Specialist at ppenaflor@panynj.gov , no later no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on November 17, 2022. The subject line should clearly reference the RFI.
