SUNY New Paltz seeks a qualified company for mold remediation and document preservation services for our Sojourner Truth Library.

There will be a mandatory site visit that your company must attend in order to submit a bid.

We will be offering two site visit dates to help with scheduling. Our mandatory site visit dates are: November 22th at 2:00pm and November 29 at 2:00pm - lower level of the Sojourner Truth Library. Companies will only need to attend one (1) mandatory site visit.

All Terms and Conditions shall be in accordance with the Invitation for Bid documents. Additional details are available in the Invitation for Bid #1067 documents. In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August 2005, and effective January 2006, permissible contact by an offerer/bidder in relation to any specific procurement in excess of $15,000.00 should be made only with authorized personnel of SUNY New Paltz who are designated as the contact person(s).
