NY Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs
Description:

The New York State Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) seeks, through this RFP, applicants to provide required services to students and parents through the New York Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (NYGEAR UP) in relation to its stated goal, objectives and intended outcomes. The GEAR UP grant by the U.S. Department of Education aims to significantly increase the number of low-income New York State secondary school students who are prepared to enter and succeed in postsecondary education or training.

Interested applicants must file a mandatory notice of Intent to Bid (Form E) to nygearup@hesc.ny.gov by November 23, 2022.

Interested applicants must apply through the Grants Gateway by December 19, 2022.

HESC highly encourages prospective bidders to submit their proposals early to avoid
any potential issues. As a reminder, late proposals will not be accepted.
