Description: Description of goods to services to be bid: NYSERDA is seeking a broker to provide a full range of services to facilitate the sale of US Environmental Protection Agency’s, (EPA) Clean State Air Pollution Rule (“CSAPR”) allowances. The provider shall facilitate the sale of approximately 11,000 NOx annual allowances, 22,000 SOx annual allowances and 340 NOx seasonal Group 3 (Ozone) allowances each year. In addition to the sale of these allowances, the provider shall also provide environmental commodity market intelligence. NYSERDA requires a range of environmental market briefing information, including but not limited to CSAPR, RGGI, REC, LCFS and RIN markets. Frequent market price updates and periodic market analysis and discussions are required.
