The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure Preventive Maintenance and Testing for Electrical Switchgear and Ancillary Equipment for the Pilgrim Psychiatric Center located at 998 Crooked Hill Road, West Brentwood, NY 11717. Details are specified in the Contract Work Plan/Appendix D/ Attachment D and other pertinent information regarding contract expectations can be found in the attached Contract Boiler Plate (BP) and Invitation for Bid (IFB).

A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, March 21, 2023 @ 10:00 AM Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in Section 2 of the Invitation for Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office/Permissible Contacts of the IFB by Tuesday, March 28, 2023, by 3:00 PM

Questions will be answered by OMH on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.

Bids and No Bid Responses are due on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, by 3:00 PM.

The Anticipated Contract term is January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2028.
