The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of an aquatic research vessel for fisheries management on the Hudson River. This is to replace the Agency’s current aging vessel which has surpassed its serviceable life and can no longer be safely repaired.
