The Oswego Housing Development Council, Inc. (OHDC) is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of Air-purifying equipment for Redfield Square Apartments 7 School Rd Redfield, NY 13437.

It is Vendor's responsibility to meet the entire intent of these specifications. Vendors shall carefully examine the terms of the documents and shall judge for themselves all the circumstances and conditions affecting their bid. The Oswego Housing Development Council, Inc. shall not be liable for any costs associated with the preparations, transmittal, or presentation of any response or material submitted in response to the Bid.

You are being invited to bid air purifiers and filters. OHDC is the subrecipient to the Oswego County CDBG Cares Grant Program 864 CV HR-34-21. Please follow all Work Scope and Bidding Description closely. Any special bidding instructions are outlined in the attached "Bidding Description".

This is a CDBG Grant and shall be paid at wages no less than those prevailing on similar construction in the locality as determined by the Secretary of labor in accordance with Davis-Bacon Act, as amended.
