Project Description

In general, the Contract shall include, but not limited to, all labor, tools, equipment, temporary facilities and profit & overhead to install a subbase lumber grid system, filled with mechanically compaction material, and an attach Summer Surface System to the subbase lumber grid system. The Owner shall provide the 4x4 Pressure Treated Lumber and Summer Surface System, as identified in “Owner Provided Materials”, the Contractor shall be responsible to provide all other materials required to complete the work as identified in the contract documents.

Schedule of Important Dates and Times

• Notice to Bidders: 08 March 2023
• Bidding Documents will be available 09 March 2023
• Mandatory Pre-Bid: 16 March 2023 10:00 AM (Local Time) at the project site in the Base Lodge.
• End of Questions: 20 March 2023 4:00 PM (Local Time)
• Addendum*: 22 March 2023 4:00 PM (Local Time)
• Bids Due: 28 March 2023 1:00 PM (Local Time)
• Earliest Date for Mobilization: 03 April 2023
• Substantial Completion: 56 Calendar Days from the Notice of Award
• Final Completion: 63 Calendar Days from the Notice of Award

*Latest targeted date of Addendum release. Owner may release Addendum prior or later if required.

Bidding Documents and Registered Bidders

Only Registered Bidders will be allowed to submit a Bid.
