The Village of Cobleskill (Village) is requesting Qualifications from licensed architectural/engineering (A/E) and/or landscape architecture (LA) firms to assist in activities involving pre-development work such as land survey, archaeology, site design, civil engineering, bid specifications and bid oversight, and construction observation and/or administration for the Iorio Park All Community Play and Accessibility Project in the Village, approved through the Municipal Parks Grant Program funded under the Environmental Protection Fund (EPF) and administered by the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP), and other secured funding sources.
