Description: This Invitation for Bid is for Repair, Parts and Labor of Vermeer Equipment. The LIRR seeks to implement an agreement to provide ongoing maintenance and repair for Vermeer equipment. Proper maintenance includes preventive (PM) and corrective/repair maintenance (CM) as necessary to maintain the Vermeer equipment in accordance with original manufacturers' specifications and requirements. BIDDER MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED VERMEER PARTS DEALER/REPAIR CENTER TO SUPPLY AUTHENTIC VERMEER PARTS AND REPAIR SERVICES. IN ADDITION, THE LIRR WILL ALSO ACCEPT BIDS FROM VENDORS WHO CERTIFY THEY WILL SUPPLY GENUINE VERMEER PARTS AND POSSESS ALL OF THE NECESSARY VERMEER DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE TO SUPPORT THE REPAIR OF LISTED EQUIPMENT.
