The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center are seeking a qualified vendor to provide Preventive Maintenance Services for Chillers and Ancillary Equipment at the Rockland Psychiatric Center. The specific deliverables are outlined in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate.

There is a mandatory site visit at 10:00 AM EST on Thursday, March 30, 2023. Interested bidders should return the Pre-Bid Site Visit Registration to this email address to register for the visit. Bidders MUST be in attendance in order to be eligible to submit a bid.

Questions are due per the instructions in the IFB by End of Business on Thursday, April 6th, 2023. Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses sent to the bidders list on Thursday, April 13, 2023. Responses will also be posted to the NYS Contract Reporter website at www.nyscr.ny.gov .

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, April 27, 2023. No late bids will be accepted.
