New York State Law Enforcement Vessels
Description:

NYS Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is soliciting bids to enter into a five (5) year Purchase Authorization (PA) agreement for the build out and delivery for up to 34 vessels to be utilized by various Law Enforcement Agencies within the State of New York.

For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documented as you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE vendors if so requested.
