Roswell Park is seeking competitive proposals from qualified bidders who provide valet, cashiering, customer service, and traffic control services (Services). Responsibilities include providing exceptional service to Roswell Park patients, guests, and visitors by maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor, making all patients visitors and guests feel as comfortable as possible by fostering a friendly environment, greeting, and thanking them. Services are to be executed at Roswell Park’s two main campuses, Main Campus located in the City of Buffalo and Satellite Campus located in the Town of Williamsville.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday October 18, 2022 at 10:00am in the Gaylord Cary Conference Hall (RSC Building, room 122).
