The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:

• Install and maintain necessary traffic control measures.
• Furnish and install proposed erosion and sediment controls.
• Furnish and install cast-in-place concrete foundation for the precast units.
• Furnish and install the precast block units.
• Furnish and install stone wall at west end.
• Furnish and install backfill and proposed catch basin.
• Furnish and install rip rap in front of wall.
• All remaining work to complete project.
