The City College of New York (“CCNY” and/or the College”) of The City University of New York (“CUNY” and/or “University”) seeks sealed bids pursuant to an Invitation for Bids (IFB) from qualified Contractors to provide and install a Flow Cytometer.

Bidders must have been in the business of manufacturing flow cytometry equipment for a minimum of three (3) years as of the Bid Submission Due Date.

Prospective bidders may download a copy of the IFB from the New York State Contract Reporter or request it by mail or email from the Designated Contacts listed below. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).

Under the requirements of the Procurement Lobbying Law (PLL), all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact.
