SUNY Empire State College intends to enter into an agreement with a vendor to provide credentialing services for our School of Nursing and Allied Health to track paperwork required of students in order for them to participate in their clinical placements. The college prefers a cloud-based software solution to connect students, healthcare facilities, and schools to seamlessly facilitate the clinical placement journey.

The college is looking to execute a contract with an initial term of 2 years (6 academic terms) with options for renewal

We intend to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), for the above noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held.
