Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking proposals from Construction Management firms to provide professional, at-risk construction management services for the construction build out of a Theranostic Infusion Center within the Nuclear Medicine department on the 2nd floor of the Main Hospital.

The project will consist of two phases. Phase 1 of the project will consist of renovations to existing office space within the Nuclear Medicine Department. The renovation will result in two shielded infusion rooms and a nurse’s station. Phase 2 will build out two additional shielded infusion rooms, over an existing first floor connecting corridor.
