Olathe Public Schools, KS (herein "Lead Public Agency") on behalf of itself and the GOVMVMT Purchasing Cooperative, the members of the Advisory Council and all states local governments, schools districts and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and non-profit organizations (herein " Participating Public Agencies") is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers (or "Manufacturer(s)") to enter into a Master Agreement for a complete offering of K12 Student Portrait Services and Related Products and Services (herein "Products and Services"). Interested vendors (also herein referred to as "Contractors" or "Suppliers") will execute and submit all information in accordance with the RFP's General Conditions and Instructions.
