The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Renovate Site for ADA Accessibility – Various Locations, Phase 3 project at the State University of New York at Purchase. Services will include providing pathways and parking lots that are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The project will reconstruct existing pathways and parking lots to create accessible pathways and ADA parking as well as constructing new pathways and ADA parking as required for SUNY Purchase. Renovations will include the replacement of subgrade at parking lots, pathways, and installation of site lighting. Lots Central 2, East 1, East 1A, East 2, East 3, East 4, and West 3 and associated pathways will be renovated.

The construction value is approximately $11,579,000.
