The Village of Lima is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from consultants qualified to complete a comprehensive study of the Village of Lima’s sanitary sewer system. The objective of the study is to identify sources of inflow and infiltration into the system, and to create a plan for reducing these flows.
