Description: The work of this single bid project includes the installation of domestic water heaters in 15 buildings, asbestos abatement in 7 buildings, renovation of a bathroom and mechanical room. Replacement of direct-buried steam and condensate piping between 2 buildings and assorted control work upgrades in the Heating Plant. Plans will be available after March 8, 2023 through Plan and Print Systems (315-437-5111 or https://www.plaandprint.com/ ).
A project walk-through has been scheduled for March 14, 2023 at 11:00a.m. at SUNY Farmingdale. Please confirm exact location with the Consultant.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
