Description:

This is a request for proposal for an IT Infrastructure and Application Monitoring system.

Each proposal shall be with the understanding that, at a minimum, the successful bidder will be required to provide the services identified below, observing all applicable federal, state and local laws:

• Data will not be stored outside the United States.
• Allow select University constituents to have the ability to contact the vendor monitoring service with the issues and escalations.
• Product purpose-built to support monitoring network hardware in a large environment with multiple hardware vendors over SNMP and PING.
• Ability to monitor devices that have either a public IP or only a RFC 1918 address and is unreachable from the public internet.
• Utilize customer call lists that dynamically change, and account for sick or vacation time that university staff utilize.
