The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) is seeking to establish a list of qualified individuals to serve as Hearing Officers on an as-needed basis. Cases/assignments will be assigned on the basis of rotation, geography, expertise, or other assignment-specific needs. There is no guarantee of work and OASAS reserves the right to stop recruitment at any time.
