Description: The Village of Waterloo was recently awarded a 2022 NYS EFC Engineering Planning Grant to develop a Preliminary Engineering Report to conduct an assessment of their Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) capacity and flow exceedances. This project will evaluate the WWTP and recommend solutions for upgrades to allow for future growth and capacity at the WWTP along with inflow and infiltration issues within the collection system.
