Description: The Incorporated Village of Garden City, New York (the “Village”), is currently seeking proposals from qualified individuals and entities authorized to do business in the State of New York to provide professional engineering services to perform traffic analysis as required, in order to help the Village evaluate, and ultimately enact, a reduction to speed limits from 30 mph to 25 mph in the Village of Garden City.
