Description: The purpose of this Solicitation and the resultant Contracts is to provide Authorized Users with a means of acquiring various grades of Fuel Oil, e.g. Heating (Grade #2, #6, Kerosene, and Biodiesel) by bulk delivery to Authorized Users' storage facilities for use by Authorized Users. The product shall be Contractor furnished, delivered and unloaded as specified herein. It is the State's intent to award Contracts by item in each county to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidders who are able to meet the terms and conditions of the Solicitation.
