Description: Through this IFB, the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure the services of a qualified firm who will replace rethermalization equipment at eight (8) OMH facilities throughout the state. Offerors are strongly encouraged to read the IFB and all attachments in their entirety. An optional site visit is scheduled for Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 1:00PM ET at the Greater Binghamton Health Center located at 425 Robinson St., Binghamton, NY, 13904. Directions are available at the OMH website http://www.omh.ny.gov – type “directions” at search option, hit go. Interested bidders are to sign in at Garvin Building #75. No one will be admitted to the conference or site visit after the time cited above. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending Attachment B, Site Visit Registration Form, no later than Wednesday, November 16, 2022 by 2:00PM ET. All questions from potential offerors regarding this solicitation are to be submitted in writing via email per the IFB instructions by Wednesday, November 23, 2022 by 3:00 PM. Questions & OMH responses will be compiled & sent to all potential offerors by Wednesday, November 30, 2022. Electronic bids should be submitted to bids@omh.ny.gov no later than Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 3:00pm ET. Pursuant to New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation.
