Description: The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Cook Chill Production Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance Service for Boiler Systems & Ancillary Equipment at the Cook Chill Production Center, located at 145 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962.
