County of Ontario (“the County”) is requesting Expression-of-Interest (“EOI”) for professional services associated with conducting a County Sewer District Consolidation Study. County is looking to identify opportunities for consolidation of its existing sewer districts, in accordance with all applicable Laws of New York, in an effort to increase its administrative and/or functional efficiencies associated with providing sewer services to the public. Prospective Consultants must offer an EOI that will meet the scope of services, qualifications, and general description of work activities identified in this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).
