SUNY Upstate Medical University has the need for approximately 10,000 to 11,000 sq. ft. of contiguous space to house Upstate University Hospital’s Pediatric Outpatient Programs including General Pediatrics and PEDS Afterhours Program. Location needs to be in zip code 13090, 13027, or 13041. Space should be Class A medical office space and must be able to meet Article 28 Outpatient Clinic Standards .

Hours of operation is scheduled to be 8 am to 11 pm Monday thru Friday, and Saturday 8 am to 1 pm. and Sunday 8 am to 1 pm. Convenient parking, minimum 10-15 spaces, for employees, and 15-20 spaces for patients, with easy access for patients required. Occupancy desired by mid- 2024 . Lease term would be for 10 years.

Proposal needs to list as a separate price the cost to bring the space up to Article 28 Standards.
