Furnish all labor and materials necessary to provide an unheated storage building on a site which will be prepped by the Sullivan County Division of Public Works, at the Sullivan County Emergency Services Training Facility and Emergency Operations Center. The County has miscellaneous firefighting and safety apparatus/equipment pieces, including a fire truck, which are best stored inside. Sullivan County will install electric for door openers, lighting, and receptacles after the building erection is complete. This project is funded via Dormitory Authority of State of New York (DASNY) / State and Municipal Facilities Capital Program (SAM) grant award which will expire at the end of 2024.
