Description: The project involves the replacement of the existing culvert beneath West Miller Street with a 185 ft. long - 8 ft. by 5 ft. precast concrete box culvert with wingwalls. This project also includes full-depth asphalt pavement reconstruction of West Miller Street from Lillie Street to Mason Street, approximately 1100 ft. in length. Also included is relocation and replacement of utilities - water lines and services, sanitary sewer lines and laterals, installation of a new storm water drainage system, curbs, concrete sidewalks with ADA accessible ramps, installation of signs and pavement markings and other miscellaneous work.
