Architectural and/or Engineering Services:

Scope of Work

• Review proposed capital projects of approximately $4,000,000 to determine construction timing and development of programming needs.
• Develop preliminary budget estimates for all phases of project to include all architectural and engineering designs.
• Design construction documents may include, but not limited to:
• Renovation of select public areas, classrooms, bathrooms, and laboratories
• Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing, Sprinkler, and Fire Alarm Systems
  • HVAC upgrades, piping modifications, piping insulation, line flushing
  • Backup generators, lighting replacements, data cabling replacements
  • Fire pump system upgrades, water isolation valve replacements, water fountain replacements, bathroom upgrades, eye wash station replacements, locker room showers piping repairs
  • Signage – campus-wide interior and exterior wayfinding
  • Grounds – sidewalk and staircase replacement, new emergency exit road
  • Miscellaneous – Abatement where required, new footings for existing carport canopy, garage cement floor repair, interior façade weatherization in select office space.
