Request for Information

This is not a Request for Proposals. Hunter College Campus Schools (HCCS) is issuing this “Request for Information” to learn more about admissions software solution options and strategies that are available in the marketplace. It is anticipated, but not guaranteed, that HCCS will use the information received from this RFI to develop a future procurement for an admissions systems.

The objectives of this RFI are to:

  • Develop an understanding of vendor capabilities that will meet HCCS objectives;
  • Determine vendor delivery models – cloud based, SaaS,;
  • Obtain feedback from vendors regarding best practices in K-12 admissions systems;
  • Understand pricing and contract structures including maintenance and improvements
  • Understand successful implementation strategies and project
