SUNY Upstate Medical University (“Upstate”) intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, which is up to $500,000, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a) for boiler and cooling tower chemicals. This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law. A sealed bid will not be held.
