Description: SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking interested vendors that can meet the below requirements to contract for a SAS (Software as a Service) billing solution for its outreach laboratory.

Requirements :

Must integrate with Epic or any Electronic Medical Record System being used at the time of implementation.

Must interface with Sunquest Laboratory Information System.

Must be specifically designed for hospital outreach laboratories and provide workflows and business requirements for a hospital lab.

Must provide the ability to customize outpatient client program and billing fee schedules for over 200 outpatient clients.

Must have the capability to split billing for primary and secondary clients, for those that fall under the same management contract but allow for individual invoices.

End user must have flexibility to add/modify fee schedules and accounts on demand.

The solution must allow the Laboratory the ability to provide customizable invoices, multiple delivery options, and he ability to have multiple fee schedules as well as multiple invoice delivery options such as secure email, mail, and fax.

Minimum Qualifications of Eligible Vendors

Responding Vendor must be eligible to do business with New York State.

Vendor must be in business for at least 3 years.

Must be willing to contract for one year with two optional one-year renewals.
