The New York State Canal Corporation (hereafter, the "CANAL" and/or "NYSCC") a Subsidiary of the New York Power Authority (hereafter, "NYPA" and/or "The Authority") is seeking qualified firms to provide a lease for pre-engineered steel modular barge pontoons and locking components as manufactured by Poseidon or Flexi-Float for use on the New York State Canal System.

This project shall include, but not be limited to leasing a pre-engineered steel modular barge pontoons and locking components as manufactured by Poseidon or Flexi-Float for use on the New York State Canal System.

PROPOSERS ARE HEREBY DIRECTED TO USE NYPA’S WEBSITE (WWW.NYPA.GOV) TO OBTAIN COMPLETE BID DOCUMENTS , BID ADDENDA, POST BID-ADDENDA AND RELATED NOTICES WITHIN THE NYPA ARIBA NETWORK.
