The New York State Police (NYSP) is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor to provide hair drug testing to detect the presence of drugs in individuals tested. The detection of drugs, or information about drug use through hair analyses, shall include the metabolites of any such drugs.

The successful bidder will provide the following services.:

• Conduct accurate, timely, and technologically and legally reliable testing of hair samples for drug use.
• Provide expert witness/legal support in administrative proceedings and civil court cases when test results are challenged.
• Train NYSP personnel in proper specimen collection and chain of custody procedures for hair samples.

Provide all proper packaging, collection kits and forms necessary for the collection.
