SM 2023-501

OPRHP is seeking to solicit Quotes for a Purchase Order to Install poured in place safety surfacing as described in the General Requirements, Detailed Specifications and Drawings and Manufacturer’s Instructions. All work must be completed so playground can be opened no later than May 15 th , 2023.

Please submit any questions by preparing a written request on the attached Request For Information (RFI) form. RFI forms are due back no later than 10:00 AM, Monday, March 13, 2023.
