Temporary NYS Certification Application Processing Support - Request for Proposals
Description:

ESD is seeking competitive proposals for one or more qualified third-party firms (“Respondent(s)”) to assist with MWBE application processing. Respondent(s) will review applications from those requesting certification under the MWBE program (“Applicants”), assess whether Applicants meet the eligibility criteria set forth in New York State Executive Law Article 15-A and applicable regulations, and then return the applications to the Division with a recommendation for final determination. Respondent(s) will be expected to review up to 3,500 applications over a period of up to 18 months beginning in Q2 of FY2022-23, which will include providing technical assistance to help Applicants complete applications.
