This is a contract for the rental, delivery, startup and preventive maintenance and inspection of dual fuel steam or hot water heating boilers, heat exchangers and mobile oil tanks to be delivered to specific locations throughout NYCHA as determined and coordinated by NYCHA’s Heating Management Services Department (HMSD) Staff and as per the line items outlined in the Form of Proposal. Delivery can be anywhere at a NYCHA facility throughout the five boroughs of New York City. The period of rental for each type of equipment will be based on the Form of Proposal line items or as indicated on a NYCHA Work Authorization issued by HMSD Staff. The Quoted Unit Price for rental shall include the cost of all inspections and preventive maintenance that must be performed in accordance with the manufacturers’ requirements.

A non-mandatory virtual Pre-bid Conference will be held on Wednesday November 9, 2022 @ 10:00 AM, and will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams meeting. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Pre-Bid Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Bidders attend and that Bidders thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
